The take

I want extremely capable artificial intelligence. I also want sovereign humans. Capability should widen what people can make, learn, defend, and create; it should not turn ordinary people into passive consumers while power concentrates elsewhere.

The question

What does a future of powerful machines and sovereign people require in practice: ownership, consent, local capability, and boundaries around physical power?

Status

This is a values-based position and proposal, not an empirical result.
